Refunds & returns

Refunds: Any price refunds will be effected within 30 days after Patrick of Coonawarra was notified of the reason, conditional upon any returned wine being collected in original saleable condition. Freight charge will not be refunded.

Returns: Where wine is to be returned, Patrick of Coonawarra will ask for the item to be taken to the nearest Post Office accompanied by a Post Return label, provided by Patrick of Coonawarra. Wine should be returned in the original box and packed to avoid breakage in transit back to Patrick of Coonawarra

Breakages: If a case of wine is received with one or more broken bottles, please do not accept delivery of the item from the courier. If the breakage is not discovered before delivery,  Patrick of Coonawarra will issue a credit or send replacement bottles if the buyer so notifies us within 30 days of the date of the invoice.
